Every PC comes fully assembled, tested, and ready to use. Our systems include an activated copy of Windows 11 so you can get started right away.
PCs are carefully packaged and typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Yes. Every PC is comprehensively tested before it leaves us. We check system stability, temperatures, hardware, and overall performance.
Absolutely. Custom inquries can be handled by emailing us.
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the PC. We'll work with you to determine the best way to resolve the issue.
Yes. All computers can be returned no questions asked within 48 hours of recieving the computer. There are no warranties for parts.
Instead of every other prebuilt PC company, we decided to use used parts for every build to ensure the price point is competitive. This is a win-win, as computer parts used are almost identical to new parts, and don't deteriorate over time.
